Timeless Hadith is a free, non-commercial, educational website providing access to authenticated hadiths (Prophetic traditions) of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, organised by topic for ease of reference. The site is provided as a public service and is free to access without registration.

The hadith texts are part of the Islamic scholarly heritage and are not subject to copyright. They have been reproduced from canonical collections (Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, and others) for educational purposes. We make no claim of copyright over the hadith texts themselves.

3.2 Site design and code

The website design, user interface, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript code are the intellectual property of Timeless Hadith and are licensed under the MIT License. You may reuse and adapt the code in accordance with that licence.

3.3 Logo and branding

The Timeless Hadith name, logo, and associated branding are proprietary. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

4. Sharing & Fair Use

We encourage the respectful sharing of hadith content for educational, spiritual, and non-commercial purposes. When sharing content from this site, you are requested to:

• Attribute the hadith to its authentic source (e.g., "Sahih al-Bukhari 1")
• Not misrepresent or decontextualise hadith meanings
• Not use content for commercial purposes without permission
• Credit Timeless Hadith when sharing generated images or significant excerpts

The Share as Image and Share as Text features are provided for personal, non-commercial sharing only.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Misrepresent, fabricate, or falsely attribute hadith content

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity with a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
